Partnership with CHC
On 6 February, a remarkable moment took place in the geriatrics ward of CHC MontLégia. On the initiative of the hospital school teacher, a dance teacher came to the ward to offer a time of movement and connection at the very heart of the hospital itself.
Hospitalised patients, care staff, carers and children from the paediatric ward came together to share this moment outside everyday life. Little by little, the music and the rhythm invited everyone to join in. Bodies began to move, eyes met, and the hospital ward was transformed, for a moment, into a real dance studio.
This simple, precious moment created a space for connection, lightness and sharing, where patients, caregivers and children were able to meet in a different way.
