At PATIO – House of Dance, sharing and passing on knowledge lie at the heart of our commitment.

We champion an approach to dance as a vehicle for encounter, expression and openness, accessible to all audiences, regardless of age, background or sensibility.

With this in mind, we develop a range of education and outreach projects aimed at schools, cultural and social organisations, as well as diverse audiences. These activities can take place directly within institutions or in our studios, offering privileged access to a place of artistic creation and research.

We design each project as a complete experience, combining discovery, practice and reflection. Participants are invited to explore movement through physical workshops, meet working artists and immerse themselves in living creative processes. The aim is to make dance tangible and concrete, allowing everyone to experience it from within.

These activities are always built in dialogue with supervising teams, in order to best meet the educational, artistic or human objectives of each project. They can also be part of broader collaborative dynamics, encouraging crossovers between disciplines, encounters between audiences and the exchange of practices.

Through these initiatives, LE PATIO aims to open doors: to creation, to an understanding of artistic gesture, but also to a freer, more curious and more engaged outlook on the world around us.
